At Muggs Coffee Shop

Well I hear from other church planters that the coffee houses are the place to go to get some studying done. I like the coffee and the chance to talk to people. Last Sunday went very well! We had 18 people come and commit themselves to the New Work. We took up an offering of just under 1,000. There were a total of 28 people there. We also decided on the new name of the work, "Grace Baptist Fellowship." Now we are in the process of looking at getting some much needed repairs and updates done to the building. I spent time at the lawyers office this week working on getting the name changed. Its not just a matter of voting the legal aspect is a real pain. Thats Jersey for you. I am excited because this Thursday I have an appointment to talk with a couple about their involvement in the Church. God continues to keep me busy and I thank Him for that! Anyone who knows someone who is good in designing a logo for our church please let me know. We are trying to get things going to send a message to the community that we are here.
